Career testing and placement is hot this summer at TEACH!
The TEACH Program continues to help students with their program of recovery, getting back into the classroom, and now TEACH coffers the premier in career testing and job placement assistance.
Vocational Testing and Preparation
TEACH now provides the Pearson Career Assessment Inventory, the gold standard in career assessments. Clients now take this assessment within the first few days of admission. The test compares their vocational interests to those of individuals in 91 specific careers that reflect a range of positions in today's workforce. Positions that are screened for include skilled trades and technical and service professions – requiring 2 years or less of post-secondary training. The test uses occupational themes based on the widely-accepted RIASEC model to assist in the interpretation and explanation of interest score.
Not only will clients be provided a career assessment, but they will receive aid with resume writing, job search, and interview skills. Now Sober Living by the Sea is not only the premier for drug and alcohol treatment, but it can also provide the best in vocational testing and placement for a successful life in recovery.
